Ta-DAH! I finished Cooper in Denim! I had ordered the specific sizes of stretcher bars and they came on Saturday. Yesterday I put it all together, stapling the edges around the back side. I am SO happy with this! It measures 28 inches by 36 inches. Larger than life! My family is telling me it's one of their favorites of all the quilt projects that I've ever made.
The good news is that I still have TONS of old jeans left...I'll be making more of these. Next one will probably be a bit smaller though! Ha!
I missed Machine Quilting Monday - I was out and about in town. Today I hope to do my midcentury home block and maybe even machine quilt a bit...we'll see. There are also bathrooms to clean and laundry piling up.
